And when comparing to the The box stores don't be fouled by the illusion of low prices and the empty promise of good service. For example, why do you think they list tape in 25 metre long rolls when the industry standard is 33 metre? Or hanging folders in boxes of 20 rather than the standard 25 per box? In our opinion, they are purposely deceiving you into thinking their prices are lower when, in fact, they are selling you less for more.

Returns
Full credit or refund will be cheerfully issued on any regularly stocked item returned within 30 days of delivery. The returned merchandise must be in new saleable condition complete with the original packaging and all enclosed materials and manuals. Special ordered items can not be returned. Software, printers and furniture are non-refundable. Please verify your specific items return policy at the time of order.

Product Description and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, including product images, description, pricing, units of measure etc, contained all our marketing materials (catalogues, flyers, inserts etc) or shown on our website. However, some specifications or prices may be in error and as a result may be subject to change at our discretion. We are not responsible for any typographical errors. The product details are based on the most up-to-date information available at the time of publication. Specifications may be changed or products may be discontinued without notice. We strive to provide our customers with low prices every day, however, market conditions may cause prices to change without notice.

Charge Accounts (Net 30 Day)
We offer Net 30 day credit accounts to business based on credit approval. Approval of credit and on-going credit terms including credit limits are entirely at the discretion of FRID + Russell. Credit is offered for 30 days from the date of invoice. Finance charges may apply to amounts outstanding over 30 days.

Method of Payment
We accept payment by cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard or on approved credit.

 Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the entire order including all applicable taxes may be required for all orders exceeding $2,000.00.

Taxes
Prices shown in all our marketing materials or on our website do not include applicable taxes. The Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and applicable Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be charged and shown separately in accordance to Provincial and Territorial laws.

Delivery
We provide next business day delivery within our local delivery area on orders over $50 pending stock availability. Orders below $50 may be subject to a small handling fee of $5.Customers spending $5000 or more annually or tracking to spend $5000 or more on an annualized basis and within our local delivery area, may have this small handling fee waived.Most orders for furniture within our immediate delivery area are delivered by our own team of furniture delivery experts and are delivered, installed and waste removed freeof charge. Additional charges may apply for delivery of some items such as insulated filing cabinets and safes. Additional charges may apply for furniture delivered outside our immediate delivery.
