If you order $5000 (before taxes) or more annually from us then there is no minimum order for free delivery within our local delivery area – so you can order what you need when you need it.  And with all the product categories we cover (office products, office furniture, cafeteria & cleaning, printer supplies, computer products, computer peripherals and contract furniture) even the smallest offices qualify.  And don't worry if you're new to us, we'll waive this for the first 6 months to see how you are tracking.

Delivery of all office product orders is free, however orders under $50 before taxes may incur a $5 small order handling fee.  Customers within our local delivery area that buy $5000 or more annually will have this fee waived.  Orders placed by 5pm are delivered the next business day, pending credit approval and product availability. Please contact us if you are outside our delivery territory.

All deliveries within our immediate delivery territory (Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Milton, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas) are coordinated by our own experienced and courteous drivers. We will gladly deliver your complete order exactly where you want it, rather than dump it at your loading dock or reception lobby. Deliveries outside our immediate delivery territory are made by a local Office Plus dealer or a courier of our choice. All deliveries are completed during regular business hours of 8:30am and 5pm and a company employee must be available to accept and sign for our deliveries.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes nor will we leave deliveries without a signature.

To offer you the lowest prices possible, our location is a commercial warehouse and not a retail store. Although you cannot browse through our warehouse, you can call ahead and pick up your order. Please allow approximately one hour from the time of your call to pick up.

Furniture Delivery and Installation
Furniture deliveries are coordinated by our trained in-house professional installation team. All of your furniture is set up and ready to enjoy with all packaging materials removed by our team. Delivery and installation within our local delivery area is FREE. Orders placed outside our local delivery area may incur a separate delivery charge. Please contact us if you are outside our local delivery area. Complex deliveries that require significant set up must be pre-arranged for installation between the normal business hours of 8:30am-5pm, Monday thru Friday.
