Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a product you purchased from us, we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days. Your purchase will be refunded by way of reversing your original transaction. For purchases made on account, a credit note will be issued on your account. For credit card purchases, a credit card credit note will be issued.

Note products specially ordered such as software, headsets, chairs, furniture or custom products, may not be returned. Returns of incorrect product ordered must be returned in resaleable condition in the original packaging. Defective products must be returned with all accompanying product accessories such as manuals, cables etc.

Please contact us to arrange a return or complete the online return request form below.  Please have your invoice number handy when calling. We will arrange to have the product picked up at no cost to you, by our drivers the next time they are there to make a delivery. Credit will be issued once the product has been accepted at our office.  Please note, with the exception of empty printer cartridges for recycling, our drivers will not accept a return unless you have notified our customer service department first.
