Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days. Your purchase will be refunded by way of reversing your original transaction. For purchases made on account, a credit note will be issued on your account. For credit card purchases, a credit card credit note will be issued.

Note products specially ordered such as chairs, furniture or custom products, may not be returned. Returns of incorrect product ordered must be returned in resaleable condition in the original packaging. Defective products must be returned with all accompanying product accessories such as manuals, cables etc.

To arrange for returns, please contact us or complete the online return request form or download a return request form to print and fax to us. Please have your invoice number handy when calling. We will arrange to have the product picked up by our drivers at no cost to you. Credit will be issued once the product has been accepted at our office.
